Would possible be in first place right now if your coach would have smarted up sooner. The absolute best thing for the Jets right now is if Wilson never plays another down for them! Sometimes you just have to cut the cord, and this is one of those cases imo.

He knew for a while, its the reason why Flacco was made the 3rd string QB and they elevated White to 2nd over him. Eh, nobody outside of their building knows jack squat so only time will tell. I do believe that the Mike White bubble will burst (possibly even this weekend) like it did after the CIN game last year and we'll have to navigate all that. Until then, we're in decent shape for a playoff run.

From what ive heard listening to pods is white has a higher floor than wilson but he has a lower ceiling than wilson.
Wilson may never hit that higher ceiling but can you really win long term with white ??
+ white is playing alot easier defenses than wilson played recently.

Top part makes two valid points.

MW has only played once this season (soon to be twice) so not sure about that last part, but he's about to be tested in the coming weeks (versus BUF, MIA, SEA, PHI, etc.) provided he keeps the starting job.

As far as the Pats, seeing a lot of talk today that Jones is a bust and NE needs to make a run at Jimmy G in the offseason

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say today is the day the Bears reclaim ownership of themselves against the Packers and it will make Wabo’s cockles super toasty.

Interested to see what Jameson Williams does today in his first game for Biz’s Lions.
