Stroud needs to toughen up and play more aggressive. He also needs to embrace running when needed. My only concerns.

Kyle Shanahan told reporters that QB Jimmy Garoppolo broke his foot and he now is out for the season.

Bears are stuck at the #2 seed. Lions want Stroud, they're gonna have to give up a ton of picks for that spot. I HOPE the Bears make a deal with Seattle instead. DOn't potentially help a rival.

I’m not sure if I even want a QB first round. It’s almost a rarity it works out.

I like Jimmy so yes its bittersweet but we are essentially back to where we would be with Trey.
Brock looked confident and he is lucky to be surrounded by so much talent. Kyle tailored the play calling to him and the defense was strong. Sucks to lose Jimmy but things aren't automatically DOA.

Oh, I agree. But I've seen a plenty of teams give up bundles of picks to jump up and take QBs that get hyped into going at the top of the draft.

Look at Niners with Lance. Or even my Bears with Trubisky.

But the Bears need to replace damn near their whole team, so if they could get Seattle, who currently have the 3rd and 20th picks, to get into some kind of bidding war with the Lions, 4th and 15th, you could get two solid starters over one. Probably pick up a few more later round picks as well.

I don't really watch college, so I have no idea who the Bears should be looking at.
