I agree that they shouldn't have traded Baker away also, but that was all over when Baker said he wanted out. They pretty much panicked and gave into the Watson's demands due to the teams QB troubled history. If Baker and Haslam would have kept their 'mouths' shut, then I don't think they would have gotten Watson or traded him. (Even if Baker did decide to leave the team after his contract period.)

True. I believe the quality of draft picks traded away was roughly similar for both teams from those trades. While both guys have sucked for their teams, Wilson's contract ($161 million guaranteed) wasn't as brutal as Watson's (fully guaranteed at $230 million). What a game and Montgomery at the end. The 2 Goff turnovers are a concern he was trying to force the ball to Williams. He needs to spread it even between Williams and St. Brown who only had 6 targets.
