Prime example the play on 3rd and 3. Ray Rice was wide open (bye like 5 yards) right at the first down marker. But frakkin Flacco just keeps looking deep when all we needed was 3 frakkin yards.

If we won the Super Bowl I know he would get a new contract and I really don't want Flacco another 4 years. Lewis would retire but most likely not Ed Reed. And if the defense does start to falter I don't think anyone would want to have Flacco trying to carry the team.
Are you sure about that? Ed Reed is still a top-notch player but he's already seriously considered retirement in the past. I could see him retiring if they win a Super Bowl.

Wow I LOVE when Welker runs right into the defender and they call THE DEFENDER for "Illegal Contact".

Total bulls***.

I agree. His decision making is general awful and consistently baffling. Seems like he's always looking for a big play (holds the ball too long) and never gets it. And he definitely has all the weapons necessary he just doesn't seem to have it. He shows brief (ever so brief) glimpses but that's it. Yeah, his record indicates a very good / great player, but that's skewed by the defense. And it doesn't seem to be the playcalling. Really does seem to be Flacco himself.

Can anyone tell me what a "chop block" is? Because I thought it was when you went for the knees. And that just happened by 2 pat players on the defenders.

You can't block a defender below the waist if someone else is already blocking him up high. But if he isn't being blocked at all, you can go for the knees.

WOW.

I was watching that and I thought "you could end a guys career with that".

But I guess it's ok, I mean it's not their QB's or anything....

I understand every team does it. I was just saying that I think it's wrong regardless.

I think someone needs to tell the NFL: "Defenders are people too"

After that OSU win his freshman year I've just always expected more from him, I guess.

FRAK YOU FLACCO!!!!

Someone call Harbaugh, tell him to put in Tyrod Taylor. Maybe he'll make the 4-6 yard throws we need rather than holding the ball all damn day trying to throw 80 yarders.

Someone needs to light a fire under his ass. He has the same blank stare all game long. And the offensive line needs to start winning the battle in the trenches. At this point, they are getting pushed back every play.

LOL!!!!!!!!!

Who saw that play?!?!?!?!?

Torrey Smith had to stop running and fall backwards to get that stupid Flacco throw.

Did the commentator really just call Flacco a "deadly thrower"? Maybe he meant deadly to his own team.

LOL, such bad commentating.

Dude, Vince Wilfork is huge. I never saw him in the open before. He was standing next to Flacco and he's massive.

He does seem to be checking down a lot more than usual, maybe he got tired of being a tackling dummy for the Patriots.

I think the FG is the right call. I wouldn't trust that running game to get half a yard.
