Mike Lombardi of the NFL Network says that Nnamdi has narrowed it down to the Cowboys and Jets. Both of those teams are near the salary cap so his contract will have to have a cheap first year salary and big money in the later years.

Between those 2, which team do you think he'll go to? My guess will be the Jets.

Panthers signed MLB Jon Beason to a five-year, $50 million extension through 2016, including $25 million guaranteed.
The hard-hitting Beason was due just $1.338 million in the final year of his rookie deal. He's now the highest paid inside linebacker in league history. It's unheard of for any "non-rush," 4-3 'backer to hit $10 million per year, let alone with so much guaranteed money. Beason is certainly a high-impact player, though. He's started every game of his career and forced 10 turnovers over the past three seasons while annually ranking among the league's leaders in tackles. Beason is also only 26.

I'd have to say he's a Jet now. The Cowboys are too close to the cap and have way more needs. That and I highly doubt they can be counted as a better Super Bowl competitor than the Jets.

And I'll be happy to see him on the Jets to see if these two (Revis and Asomugha) are as good as everyone thinks. since QB's will have to throw at at least one of them.

Plus anything to weaken Tom Brady before the playoffs is a good thing. (Sorry Fate )

SPROLES!!!!!!!!! Is a Saint now.

I like Sproles, he's spry. I'd love to see him as starter and get some big numbers.

I'm just glad he got out of SD. He was behind LT, then they drafted LT's replacement and put Tolbert as number 2. (Who is also very good)

Yeah we still need to sign help on the offensive line and at wide receiver and defensive end and safety, I doubt we can afford Asomugha, ties to Rob Ryan or not.

The Dolphins have agreed to a contract with Matt Moore and may no longer be interested in Kyle Orton. This could leave Denver without any suitors for Orton.

I'm fine with that. I heard that Vince Young was the 2nd choice if it didn't work with Orton. I'd rather have Moore than Young. Anyway I thought the Dolphins would have waited until Monday. Broncos are over the cap and now they will probably have to release Orton. They should have taken that 4th round pick Ireland was offering.

FINALLY the Falcons do something to help Abraham. It's like all they did last year was steamroll on offense then they use the draft to trade up and get more offense.

He should just cross the Bridge since the 49ers released Clements.
