Favorite teams?

Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans for me

it would be GREAT to see a Seahawks / Texans Super Bowl but i think that may be a few years away

one thing that always interests me is, what makes your favorite team your favorite team?

for Seattle: i've always had a fascination with the Pacific Northwest, and of course, being the only team in the Pacific Northwest, i have to support them even through years with Shaun Alexander (who i never liked, but he was a great runner for awhile) i loved the team. and their horrid Super Bowl showing / loss / screw job still irks me and i hope to see them make up for that loss sometime within the next 10 years or so. i'm also a big fan of Pete Carroll, and i was ecstatic when he came to Seattle.

best moment lately: Marshawn Lynch's monstrous TD run against the defending Super Bowl Champion Saints with less than 5 minutes left

for Texans: THEY BEAT THE COWBOYS IN THEIR VERY FIRST GAME!!!!

growing up as a Packers fan it made me sick to see them lose against Dallas every g*ddamn year. and why oh why did they always play in Dallas?! so when the Texans were started up and their first game EVER was against the Cowboys, oh how i wished the Texans would beat them. yeah, Dalls was a terribly mediocre team for awhile by then (and still are imo ) but still, seeing a freaking expansion team beat a team with the history and championships of the Cowboys stature was amazing and a hilariously awful moment in Cowboys history

too bad none of that first (horrid) draft class could do much of anything for their careers

best moment lately: winning the AFC South for the first time (however i am displeased it happened in a year with Manning being out )

if they play each other, it's all about the Texans then

i'm a fan of Buffalo's. when i used to get Madden every year when i was younger i used to always choose Buffalo and turn them into a powerhouse. ah, childhood memories

Nothing like the sweet sweet taste of victory... Rg3 just threw for 425 yards 6 touchdowns and ran for 97 in a win on madden demo
