Try contacting them on eBay. I sent them a question via an eBay message and they responded rather quickly (same day, it possibly was even the same hour).

I have had no issues with their customer service.

Whenever an order took forever to process, I replied via the initial invoice e-mail and always got a response within 24 hours.

They typically provide two-day shipping as a consolation.

I've experienced the same, and every time gotten the 2 day shipping.
I've bought direct from their site and also from them on eBay, and they have been faster shipping my eBay orders.

Do you honestly consider having to "remind" a business to ship something you paid for good customer service?

No, but we're used to dealing with Bill from Code Red so sending someone a polite reminder only to have an apology and your order shipped out promptly is pretty damn refreshing. Casetopia is also one of the only places you can get many of these cases at a fair price, so the few hoops we have to jump through often end up being worth it in the end.

Black cases in general are a royal pain in the ass to find. This is the only place I can think of but the cost is stupid for a single case...

No, but I understand that things happen, especially in regards to technology.

I’ve been ordering from them for years and haven’t had any issues until a couple of months ago.
