I think the problem is that there is no real alternative - particularly when it comes to UHD cases holding more than two discs - and their pricing is very good.

Sometimes you just have to compromise and find alternatives. For example, let's say you can't find a replacement for a six-disc case. How about using three two-disc cases instead? And doing your own artwork for each case, or even something very generic like the title and "Discs 1 & 2." I've done that.

The amount of time spent writing to Casetopia multiple times and then waiting in vain and then filing a dispute with the credit card company or PayPal ends up costing you much more in the long run. Not to mention the aggravation. And if you do end up getting the items, what happens if they arrive damaged? Good luck with that.

Casetopia isn't the only supplier of Blu-ray cases. Sure, they have more items, but what you have to go through to get them isn't worthwhile to me. Time to get more creative and flexible and move on.

I suppose you can ask Criterion to send you a replacement case if you damage one of your own.

That's kind of the thing when they have the whole market, there really isn't a huge amount of choice.

I'm definitely interested, especially depending on the options available in terms of multi-disc cases, colors, etc.

I have always liked the Sony disc cases, the only light issue being the lockable tab on the case,over time it does not clip in, you can open the case and secure it, but that does no look right.

I changed all of my cases to the Amaray 11mm spine ones as all my media is from the U.S, these have all the benefits of the Sony covers without the lock function, and I like the embossed Blu-ray logo on the top of the case.

Yeah, I just checked out their site, but I'm a little hesitant about buying from them because, over on the Severin Films Discussion Thread, there are so many people describing shipping nightmares and poor customer relations. Most recently it was problems with their Black Friday sale. Some people had to wait a month before getting their blu-ray orders, and some are still waiting! Then there a some that didn't get everything they ordered or got the wrong item.

But perhaps just ordering some cases won't be too difficult to fill and won't take so long to ship. They are a bit pricey, but I guess I'll take a chance with a small order. Although I'm wait a couple weeks until things quiet down in their shipping department. Thanks for the suggestion!

I've been ordering from them for years. They are a very small company with just a few people fulfilling and shipping orders so your order might take some time to arrive.

I know this is a bluray thread but I'm looking for a replacement clear 14mm non overlap 6 disc DVD case. I know they are out there because I'm trying to fix a broken case that housed my Limitless season 1 set that I purchased a while back. Does anyone know of a good site that sells this specific type of case where I don't have to buy in bulk?
