So as far as availability in the US, is it really just blue, green, orange thats easily available? I'd love to get some red, black, white, etc. but they seem to be just europe

Of course it depends on what movies you have in your collection, but I have orange cases on: Halloween II, Boogie Nights, The Aviator, The Quick and the Dead, War of the Worlds (Spielberg), Hot Fuzz, High Plains Drifter, Trick 'r Treat and a few others and I think they all look very cool. (Your taste may vary )

Thanks for the suggestions. I've got 5 orange on the way. I'm thinking I'm going to go with:

Trainspotting, A Clockwork Orange, Carrie (with the original fire cover art), Trick r Treat, and then either Dawn of the Dead remake or The Dead.

Dawn of the Dead remake would look great, I also have orange on Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original) since Dark Sky films used that picture of Leatherface with that bright orange sun filling the sky.

Found every damn colored BD case you can think of. All pristine Scanavo cases. Now all I need to do is to find out how to ship them to my house.

The cases Kronenberg are selling are from Dutch manufacturer SPF (silver, gold, clear, red, white, green, yellow and black) and quality is so-so. They're definitely NOT Scanavo and they look like they're ex-rentals (well, that's exaggerated but they do look like they've been used).
I've contacted the owner and am planning to visit the factory sometime soon to see if anything can be done about the quality. But I could order some for people who really want them.

Where can I purchase 12 (or 11) mm clear cases, like Drafthouse used for The Visitor? That case had a text-less top, unlike their clear disc for Trailer War, which has the usual 'Blu-ray disc' emblem.

Aside from being clear and logoless, they appear to be standard 12.5mm Viva Elite cases. I'm not aware of any retailers selling the clear versions of this case, with or without logo.

If a clear variety does turn up, it could probably be made to be logoless, without too much effort, with the aid of a strong adhesive tape (though not strong enough to leave a sticky residue) applied firmly to the logo and then quickly ripped off.

An interesting idea, but then I'd still have the circular imprint around the area where the logo had been. I might just email Drafthouse and ask them where they got their cases.

They likely got them from a private supplier, so good luck trying to get a hold of them, but if you do, please share, I'd be very interested..
