Default 3 disc replacement cases 11 or 12mm thick

Anyone know where I can get some 3 disc replacement cases that are either 11 or 12 mm thick.

I haven gotten them fro Sleevetown in the past and now they carry crappy ones that are just as thick as dvd cases.

I order the 12mm Viva Elite single-disc cases and 12mm Viva Elite double-disc cases, because these are standard market cases.

I either go with Discmakers, as HD Goofnut linked above, or with Casetopia, depending on which company has the cases in stock at the moment. They're both great companies.

I always keep a plentiful supply of these cases on hand, because I like to replace all of my eco-pack cases (the ones with the holes in them) with the solid Viva Elite cases.

Ah, the failure of eco cases. Instead of saving 25-50% plastic (or however much it is), they actually waste 50-75% more plastic because everyone hates them and buys replacements. Hope studios realize this soon, because I like the environment, but I also like proper cases. But I guess they aren't really eco cases, they're "studios are cheap and are trying to make cases that are less expensive to produce" cases.

I think some of the studios realize that. Only Lionsgate, Paramount, Warner, and Fox/MGM regularly use them.

Don't forget Disney, who spare us with the flimsy spoke cases but love to use the new bane on blu-ray collectors- the eco-lite Vortex and Viva Elite 4 disc stacker hubs.

anyone know a source for 14mm black cases in the EU ? there seem to be sellers on american ebay but shipping is going to be a b**** if that source also sold similar 11mm cases it would be even better since I'll be needing some of those too.

Your post was from a month ago, so maybe this isn't news, but Amaray Megapacks in Blu-Ray and DVD sizes are now all over EBay:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/Storage-Medi...maray+megapack

In Blu-Ray capacities up to 12 disks and DVD capacities up to...24? Yow. They're all from "Tasha Traders" in the UK, but now that the floodgates are open, hopefully the Casetopia guy is on it.

This AMARAY 24 disc case may be just the ticket to replace a broken Epik-pak case (used for the Twilight Zone complete series). Wonder why they list it only for DVD, and a lesser capacity for Blu-rays? AMARAY's site indicates this largest (24 disc) case is available for Blu-ray too. Why would they differentiate between DVD and Blu-ray? Wonder if there is a pocket for the paper insert? Hopefully some brave soul makes the purchase plunge and reports back to us damaged Epik-pak owners!

Hmmm. I don't like Amaray cases for Blu-rays at all, I much prefer the Viva Elites and if they're not available - Vortex. The hub design of an Amaray...not to mention the space a single disc case takes up is much larger.

Criterion-style Scanovo replacement cases seem to be very difficult to find in Europe. I've only found 1 eBay seller and Casetopia but the shipping is just too high. Almost cheaper to buy the whole disc again than to replace just a few cases. Any ideas for sources? Thanks!

Any replacement case options for the Blue Underground 3 disc cases? I don't know if these are the same Criterion uses, but they're a little weird, being the opposite of what I would expect for disc placement. I'd rather have a two disc case with a flipping tray, honestly, but those Amaray cases aren't full sleeve for artwork.

It might help if you posted a photo. Criterion's 2-disk cases are pictured on the Casetopia site: http://www.casetopia.com/Criterion_D..._p/br2-cri.htm .

If you are talking about the Blue Underground LE Blu (ie. Justine), it is housed in the 3-disc Criterion case (17mm). Criterion used it for some dual format titles, such as L'eclisse & All That Heaven Allows. The cases are available via Casetopia.

I read my posting again and realized I didn't state my intentions properly. I am looking for an alternative to these cases that will house the same insert. The full sleeve part is the killer....cannot trim art without looking bad. i am OK with 1 and 2 disc Criterion cases, but I don't care for these...

Just wanted to update you all on the order I placed for replacement 2-disc Amaray cases on eBay, at the following link:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/272585406153...AIT&rmvSB=true

I ordered these as a replacement for several cracked Arrow releases that I've received over the past few years. And, after receiving them yesterday, I can confirm that they are indeed a direct replacement for these cases. I've searched far and wide for these and was happy to have finally tracked some down! So, if you're looking for replacements for Arrow, MoC, or BFI cases...these are the ones you need.

Hi, is there anyone in Sydney with Viva Elite US standard cases for sale?

The shipping from US is too much. It's hard to buy these here. I tried to buy generic ones on Ebay from AUS sellers, and found out they don't close properly...

So the BD logo isn't blue on those? I need some of these but the shipping is going to kill the deal for me I think...

The BD logo is clear and in the center of the top of the case. These are exactly the same cases that Arrow use. Same patent numbers on the inside of the spine.

And, yes...the shipping is indeed a killer. If you're just in need of a few cases, send me a PM and I can try to help you out.

It seems that TT is only website you can order them from in 12mm
I'm after some Viva Elite single-disc clear 12mm Blu-ray cases. Finally got an email back from Casetopia. They say taking the trays out of the 3-disc cases will suffice since the single-discs aren't going to be available any time soon. Sounds good to me.
