My order was sitting for almost two weeks. I e-mailed them asking for a reason why. They shipped the next day with a "sorry about that" reply.

Others have had to do the same thing. It's probably a one guy operation.

Yeah, I've bought from them several times and got the distinct impression they were a very small operation too, maybe even home-based.

BTW, PS4 cases should be a potentially cheaper alternative to buying premium Criterion cases by Scanavo, in addition to keeping your BD cases looking blue, if that's important to anyone. Unlike PS3 cases, there's no top banner built into the case and nothing on the case that mentions them as being for PS4 games. They essentially look just like single disc Criterion cases, only blue. Some are made by Amaray, others by DuBois I believe.

Just used Casetopia for the first time. They have me a seller for life. Bought a new 9 disc Blu Ray Case for my Star Wars the complete saga. The Case was wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box with do not bend stamped on it. Such perfect packaging and perfect price and free shipping.

Casetopia offers free shipping on eBay although their per unit cost is higher when compared to their web site. Depending on what you're looking for, one or the other may be a better deal although in most cases it's basically a wash.

Anyone know where I could get the 14mm Vortex cases from? Casetopia used to sell them, they were amazing, but now they only sell the 11mm.

What's wrong with the 11mm thin one? It's a good case and the one I use for all my Blu-Ray discs. Takes up significantly less space too.

Australia uses the 14mm ones. I've recently been purchasing some from online stores that say they have the ones I'm after just to get them and find out they're not.

But if the thinner American style ones work then why not use them? They save space too. Probably also cheaper in price.

Because the covers fit 14mm, which means they're a little too big for the thinner boxes?

I have some Blu-Rays that I bought from the UK (also thick case) and Australia and the cover art for each fit perfectly when I transferred them to new 11mm Vortex cases.
