Anybody know where to get a 4 disc 4K case with 4 trays? All I see is a stacked case from Casetopia...

What's going on with Casetopia?

I would order from them in the past and they'd ship the next day. And I'd receive the package within 5 days.

Now, weeks pass and they don't ship. It's also very difficult to contact them.

Are they having financial difficulties? I don't know where else to order cases from.

Had the same experience with them a couple of weeks ago. I had to send them an e-mail to light fire under their ass. Cases shipped within a few hours after that. Definitely not the norm for Casetopia (which is exactly what I wrote in the e-mail to them).

someone mentioned a few pages back to reply to the order confirmation email asking about shipping and they would respond quickly, which is what i did and it worked. placed an order a while back and waited 3 days without a shipping notice and promptly emailed them asking about my order and it shipped the next day. i would never wait weeks for an order to ship if all items were in stock at the time of order. always pay them with paypal if possible that way if there's a problem you can file a claim.

Indicator uses the same cases and offers them in their webshop here.

But the cases are just an "add-on-item". You have to buy a movie to be eligible. Beside that the case looks G1 instead of G2.

I placed an order with them on May 24 and then forgot about it. I realized over the weekend I never got my cases. It's now been 25 days with no communication or product shipment. I've tried calling them over a dozen times today and nobody answers the phone. It gets kicked to a voicemail but the mailbox is full so you can't even leave them a message. I went back and found the confirmation email I received after placing my order and replied to it asking for the status of my order and informing them that I've tried calling repeatedly. I'll give it a day or maybe two and after that I'm going to contact my financial institution and dispute the charge.

ETA: It's also interesting that if you go to their site and click the 'contact us' link nothing happens. The pointer changes to a hand indicating it's a link when you hover over it, but when you click it nothing happens. I tried right clicking on it and opened it in a new tab and it just brought up a blank tab. Granted the phone number (that nobody answers) and email address is displayed elsewhere on the site, but I can't shake the feeling that they do not want to hear from their customers.

There are also nine complaints filed against them with the BBB since September of last year.

They're now reminding me of AV123, who started strong, then ran out of money, ceased contact with their customers, and never shipped out orders or refunded money.

Update: I did some searching and found three phone numbers affiliated with Casetopia's address. Two belong to a Jeff J Graham. They are:

423-475-6663. This is the number on the Casetopia website that nobody answers.

423-710-8717. When you call this number there is a recording that says the call can not be completed as dialed.

There is another business that comes up with the address called Design Associates Inc. The number listed for them is 423-954-3040 but when you call that number it just sounds like the phone is off the hook.

i would give it a day or so if you replied to the order confirmation email. that usually tends to get a response from them. it's definitely troublesome though that they seem to be having communication problems with their customers. they're pretty much the only store to buy certain types of cases from, so it would suck if they become completely unreliable or close up shop all together.

I pought 4 4-disc BD cases from the website and 2 6-disc 4K cases from ebay on May 30th, they shipped on June 4th with no problem for me.

Funny enough, both orders were shipped together in the same box. Kind of expected them to be sent separate since they were from different sides. Guess when they put the items together they realized they were going to the same place.

They aren't having communication problems. They have cut off communication altogether from what I can tell.
