What's going on with Casetopia?
I would order from them in the past and they'd ship the next day. And I'd receive the package within 5 days. Now, weeks pass and they don't ship. It's also very difficult to contact them. Are they having financial difficulties? I don't know where else to order cases from. |

someone mentioned a few pages back to reply to the order confirmation email asking about shipping and they would respond quickly, which is what i did and it worked. placed an order a while back and waited 3 days without a shipping notice and promptly emailed them asking about my order and it shipped the next day. i would never wait weeks for an order to ship if all items were in stock at the time of order. always pay them with paypal if possible that way if there's a problem you can file a claim.

The pointer changes to a hand indicating it's a link when you hover over it, but when you click it nothing happens. I tried right clicking on it and opened it in a new tab and it just brought up a blank tab. Granted the phone number (that nobody answers) and email address is displayed elsewhere on the site, but I can't shake the feeling that they do not want to hear from their customers. Update: I did some searching and found three phone numbers affiliated with Casetopia's address. Two belong to a Jeff J Graham. They are: 423-475-6663. This is the number on the Casetopia website that nobody answers. 423-710-8717. When you call this number there is a recording that says the call can not be completed as dialed. There is another business that comes up with the address called Design Associates Inc. i would give it a day or so if you replied to the order confirmation email. that usually tends to get a response from them. it's definitely troublesome though that they seem to be having communication problems with their customers. they're pretty much the only store to buy certain types of cases from, so it would suck if they become completely unreliable or close up shop all together.

I pought 4 4-disc BD cases from the website and 2 6-disc 4K cases from ebay on May 30th, they shipped on June 4th with no problem for me.
Funny enough, both orders were shipped together in the same box. Kind of expected them to be sent separate since they were from different sides. Guess when they put the items together they realized they were going to the same place. |

Several people have been posting here for months about problems with Casetopia... even many of those who receive their orders are doing so after unreasonably long delays... myself and others have posted links to reliable alternatives and yet people are still ordering from Casetopia. At this point, frankly, I have no sympathy for anyone ordering from them and having issues.
