Sorry to hear about everyone’s bad experiences recently.
I’m surprised mine went so well! I literally only waited a week before I sent an email asking if there was a delay and then they responded shortly and I got the tracking number and everything. I should’ve ordered some more 3-disc 4K cases. I have a bunch of those new Pixar releases on order and most of them are 3-disc sets. I’m betting they’ll be stacked discs ugh so I’ll have to order some more flippers. |

I even emailed WDS about stacking their discs because they get scratched. I know nothing will come of it really, it didn't help with Sony, but at least now I know that they know lol |

I bought 3-disc flipper case locally for approx US$2 each from a local vendor for Pixar movies. I bought 10 pcs and it took 3 weeks for him to get them (I picked them up from his house directly).
Alas he won’t get the 6-disc version as the demand is too low and his MOQ is 9,000 pcs! |

Guys, just don’t buy anything from them. You’re feeding the scammers! Or if you want to buy from them, don’t complain.
None of us will die from not having a particular case. If less and less people are buying from them they’ll either close down or clean up their act. |

I guess I was lucky with my more recent order a few months ago, only took a couple days (plus it was on a weekend, and I think maybe a holiday?) for it to ship, but I also placed an order on ebay and website to get all the ones I needed. Maybe their ebay side is given more attention? |

with eBay, if you’ve paid a seller, even the slightest such as asking the seller “where’s my order” through eBay purchase history, the money is automatically pulled out of the seller’s account until you’re satisfied with the answer. They don’t want to have that happen. So yeah, attack ehere it hurts most, their pocket.

I had a similar issue with Import CDs last year. I had ordered something from them that turned out to be out of stock and I emailed them several times to get a refund (I had paid with PayPal) and got no response.
I finally opened up a case with PayPal and THAT’S when I got my money back lol. |

Forgive me if this has been answered before but is there a good competitor for Casetopia?
Like folks above, made an order last month. Nothing shipped. No replies to emails. Only my second order with them and the same thing happened last time. Tad odd. |

Their shipping is same day/next day and they ship fast, I highly recommend them. I use them for 4k Elites to replace any "eco" cases I get. I also like their clear Elites for any blus that have reverse art (I hate seeing that art covered by a regular blu ray case). I have used Casetopia in the last year through eBay, and I do think they ship faster through eBay because they don't want the bad buyer feedback, just a guess. |

It does appear that they removed them from their site. I updated the OP and I'm not aware of a replacement NA source. You might want to reach out to them to see if this is only temporary or if it's a permanent change.
