They also sell on ebay under megadiscstorecom. You can buy only one case on eBay, but it's obviously cheaper to buy in greater quantities.

Is there a good place to buy Criterion cases? It seems like Casetopia is a bust and was just wondering if there is another reliable source?

Looking for a 15-16 disc case to house the Breaking Bad individual seasons in a more compact space. Two 8 disc cases would also be fine (though the Viva Elite 8-Disc Blu-ray Cases are out-of-stock at Casetopia.)

Found some 16 disc DVD cases, but they're priced about $40.00 (somewhat cheaper on eBay) so not worth the scratch.

Advice?

I've never seen Blu-ray cases with that many discs. MegaDiscStore is selling a 2-pack of 8-disc cases for $15.99 on eBay w/ free shipping.

Neither have I…all those bigger complete tv series I’ve seen (that don’t have individual season cases) either use multiple 10 disc ones (like Friends, 30 Rock, King of Queens), or use those terrible DVD sized “mega packs” (like Sex and the City recently, or Twilight Zone and Star Trek: TNG)….

I remember a while back it being a surprise when the South Park: Seasons 11-15 set came out and being an 11 disc BD sized case as one with that many discs hadn’t been seen before then….it actually in theory could have been a 12 disc one instead as the inside front could have also been made with a hub but I don’t think we’ve seen a 12 disc case like that yet

this is a long shot but figured i'd ask. Casetopia doesn't have what i need in stock and goodwood eshop has minimums before an order can be placed.

does anyone happen to have any extra 2 disc (3), 3 disc (2), and 4 disc (2) cases laying around they'd be willing to sell??

i'm looking for the Viva Elite cases.

either that, or would anyone be needing any of those cases at all?? i think the minimums on goodwood eshop were 10, 5, and 5. i'd just place an order and then could work with whoever on here that may need some extras.

like i said, it's a long shot but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

The case of one of the films in my Arrow Sam Katzman box set was broken on arrival and won’t snap shut. Clear regular US standard size case with the top Blu-Ray logo in blue. Anyone know the best place to acquire one of these?

The case in question is a clear 11mm Viva Elite case, rather than the standard 12.5mm size that Viva typically utilizes. I've only seen them from Arrow's website or in bulk on eBay UK:

Those cases aren't my favourite, but I would gladly take them over the new Scanavo cases that CBS/Paramount seem to be switching to:

So far, the only Blu-Ray set I've seen utilize it is the most recent Dexter complete series release, but it's a nightmare with the DVDs.

I live in the U.S. and I'm planning to purchase at least one full case of Viva Elite double hub standard blu-ray cases. Who can tell me, for bulk orders, what retailer offers the most reliable service + lowest price for these kind of orders. To be clear, I am asking those here with experience, and also looking for a store not named Casetopia or MegaDiscStore. I don't need anymore info on those two outlets for this order. Looking for someplace a bit more like this one:

I can’t stand these. This is what the OG Ninja Turtles complete series came in. I ended up just swapping out the discs and putting them in an extra Epik Pak case that I had and it’s so much better.

The Epik Pak cases aren’t perfect, but I’ve never had a problem with them (people say how difficult it is to get the discs out of them but I’ve literally never had any trouble with it in any of the sets I have that use that type of case).

Personally I liked the cases that the Frasier and Cheers complete series use. Their a bit thicker, but it’s because the discs don’t overlap, which I think is a fair trade off.

Those really are your only options for Viva Elite cases without paying extensively more. Discmakers used to carry the Viva Elites and were relatively cheap, but they stopped carrying them years ago.

but then shipping costs can sometimes kill the savings for me for what I'm after. Either way, it's going to cost me about $100 for the 100 or so cases I still need. I will keep looking for at least one more U.S. based outlet before I proceed with an order.

At least we now know of another option that is actually functional, if only to fill more of our basic needs.
