US Plastics are Vortex type cases. The SuperMediaStore's are generic ones.

for those interested in cases. http://www.shop4tech.com (used them for 90% of my replacement dvd cases and blu cases over the years... they use the same blu cases as supermediastore.com for those interested) has a 20% off code today for blu ray cases

https://www.shop4tech.com/item7743.html
normail prices are
10 pack = $7.90
50 pack = $24.50
100 pack = $45.00
500 pack = $195.00

use code MEDIA20 to take 20% off of those prices and free shipping

ALSO

if you're interested in 1/2 width slim blu cases http://www.supermediastore.com has them on sale for $27.99 for a 100 pack with free shipping

Thanks guys for posting the best deals for Blu-ray cases.

But, I am looking for Vortex and Viva Elite OEM cases, the ones just as the studios use.

Does anyone know from experience if the Vortex from USPlastic.com are indeed genuine OEM cases? How about the Viva Elite from Discmakers.com? Or do I have to go with Casetopia or somewhere else for OEM cases?

Any info would be appreciated!

Has anybody ordered those cases from Shop4Tech yet? How do they fit the coverart from the Blockbuster sale?

I can't talk to USPlastic but the Viva Elite and Vortex cases from Discmakers are "genuine OEM cases".

I've used them many times. they fit very well. they're the same 12mm width as the Viva elite case, they snap very well and have are very sturdy.

I agree with wormraper. I just finished using the one from my last order. Don't have the silver paint on the emboss blu-ray symbol. Shop4tech has a coupon for 20% media and media accessories MEDIA20 exp 5/25/11.

My problem is that the coverart in the Blockbuster cases are a bit shorter than the coverart I have in all my other blurays. There's a noticeable gap between the case and the edges of the coverart.

no they're the same size.. it's just that DVD cases are a bit wider so it makes it look that way in the DVD size cases. all of mine fit perfectly in blu ray cases

Not the ones I've got, trust me. I actually took them out and compared them to the coverart in my other blurays. It's noticeably shorter. Maybe I just got bad coverart? Oh well, I can always print out my own.

I'm thinking of getting the 12mm double (generic) BD cases for $10.99/25
Free S&H so can get 50 for $21.98 Total. Seems like the best price on double BD cases. But, Not Elite or Vortex. The photo seems to show it does have a Blu-ray logo but seeing it indirectly in that photo.

Any quality issues? Comments on this brand or this merchant?

Wish I could find a good deal on 10 triple BD cases that are not the wide 22mm. Seen 12-14mm but shipping makes it expensive. Discmakers requires 25 minimum & doubt I'll ever need that many triples. Need 5 now so plan to buy 10 just in case I need to combine a BD with a Double DVD set in the future.

I like the Sleevetown ones the best but for 10, $8.69 + $8.50 S&H!

Just got my shipment of VIVA ELITE cases today. At $26.50 ($19.50 plus $7.00 shipping) for 50 cases, I must say they are well worth it.

Casetopia sells multiple sizes of both Viva and Vortex cases, and all of them are described as OEM models.

Casetopia is great but their international shipping rates are ridiculous.
