You need a good lawyer Bob! Sounds like it is time for a lawsuit with a settlement conditional on you receiving a scan of the movie, at least.

KinoLorberInsider recently said they look forward to striking a new deal with Paramount LINK. If so, maybe they can adapt a new contract allowing Kickstarter funding for Flight to Tangier.

It says Jivaro will be available for purchase this summer. Is that a mistake? Sangaree won't be available until September.

I do believe it is a mistake. The latest on "Sangaree" is this coming September, followed in the Fall (rumored) by "3D Rarities II" and I believe after that will be the "Nudie Cuties" double feature, followed then by "Jivaro". That works out to around the Summer of 2019. 2018/2019--- there's your mistake!

JIVARO should be released in late 2018/very early 2019.

Bob, that leads me to believe that "Jivaro" will happen before the "Nudie Cuties".

My "near future" guesses out of this provocative list.

Phantom of the Rue Morgue
Revenge of the Creature*
Dangerous Mission
The Diamond Wizard*
Robot Monster
Frankenstein's Bloody Terror
Friday the 13 Part 3 -- in a real, not anaglyph, 3D release

Thanks to the invaluable assistance (and heavy lifting) of Geo. Willeman, Lynanne Schweighofer, Jenny Paxson and Larry Smith, some incredibly rare 3-D treasures were found in the vaults. They include a previously lost and significant demo film from 1951 and if all goes well, we hope to include it on our 3-D RARITIES II release next summer!
Some of the items found was a 10-minute reel by Bernier demonstrating his Space Vision 3-D system and a print of Oboler's DOMO ARIGATO.

So Bob, if 3-d Rarities is not until next summer(2019) and two of these are coming in not to distant future:

3D:
Phantom of the Rue Morgue WOULD LOVE IT BUT DOUBT IT
Revenge of the Creature
Dangerous Mission ????
The Diamond Wizard
Robot Monster NO, MY WORDS
Frankenstein's Bloody Terror NO, MY WORDS
Friday the 13 Part 3 -- in a real, not anaglyph, 3D release NO, MY WORDS

As I am a betting man, the odds tell me Revenge is on the way very soon! I will be in heaven seeing that. I have longed for it for almost 50 years!

What could be better than the summer of love? The summer of REVENGE!

Great news! Before now, the only way to access Domo Arigato was through some collector who claimed to have the OCN and wanted to charge Bob $20,000 to access it.

If all goes as planned, 3-D RARITIES II will be out by the end of 2018...

Bob F. has given us all a lot of info about what's coming soon, and I know we all thank him for that. But when it comes to "Revenge", it's back to "Clamshell Bob"(LOL). Hmmmmm------

Uh uh!

I've got a real craving to head to Marineland this summer for some reason.

It's like he's using PSYOPS on us or something. He has me second-guessing everything. I'm not even sure I'm tying my shoes right anymore. Maybe he's being so clever that when he said there are two on that list that will be making it to Blu-ray soon he didn't include Revenge because that one is still ultra top secret? Maybe there are really three movies on the list, including Revenge? Then again, maybe it is two and Revenge is one of them? But what is the other one? What if there are only two and Revenge isn't one of them, after all?

Here's my first guess - Revenge and The Diamond Wizard.
Here's my second guess - Revenge and Frankenstein's Bloody Terror.
Here's my third guess - Revenge and Robot Monster (somehow a deal has finally been struck with Wade Williams.)
Here's my fourth guess - The Diamond Wizard, Frankenstein's Bloody Terror and Revenge (this is assuming Bob didn't include this title in his revelation of two on the list coming to Blu-ray because of its ultra top secret status.)
Here's my fifth guess - Phantom of the Rue Morgue and Dangerous Mission (Warner Brothers has been convinced to begin releasing the balance of their Golden Age 3-D properties on Blu-ray, and Bob heard about the move through the grapevine.)
Here's my sixth guess - Friday the 13th Part III and Robot Monster (why not?)
