Well, I couldn’t very well wear one of my old sweaty branded team/event bike jerseys - https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...y#post14011590 to dinner; otherwise, people would think I’m impaired. Hats kind of go along just about anywhere .

Default Humor (no need for panic; 'Gladiator' is a great HDR flick)

No sequel needed.

Hope I don't get into trouble on this one with any members for my opinion and don't forget to call your friend when you have any questions or want to go ahead with your TV choice.
Makes sense. There are two reviews from China of this 950G series. If you run through google translate, they are very bullish on the quality of the TV and it seems almost unbelievable.

If the 950G series is as good as you say (and the China reviews say), I see an 85" in my future. We'll see how that dumb "wide angle" is on the 75 and 85 though. Maybe only the smaller sizes in the 950G will be great.

LG is missing the boat here with "effectively" topping out at 77" with OLED (since I assume the 88" will be astronomical in price).

You got a link for those Chinese 950G reviews?

Here and here.

Obviously you'll have to translate them.

High praise indeed. I want to see a few thorough Western reviews/tests before I fully buy into this TV being as amazing as they say, though. Not that I doubt it's going to be a great one, but some of these descriptions just feel like they're too good to be true, and the translation is a bit awkward in places.

When you posted that link on 'Gladiator' I tried to locate the scene when Julius Caesar's son Commodus is in the audience @ the colosseum, in the grand estrade, and laughing @ Maximus killing his opponents with assertive ways on the dirt floor of the arena.

I couldn't find that clip, unfortunately. But I'm sure if I would have spent more time I could have.

@ exactly 6:10 through 6:11 (only one second), and @ exactly 6:21, another second.

Well I can see your point as Oahu seems generally more commercialized, but personally I try to visit as many places as I can in order to experience different things. To this day, I’m still kind of disappointed in that as although my wife and I did get to Austria for a vacation together back in the day, we didn’t have the opportunity to visit the castle - https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...ers#post904368
