Panasonic UB820/UB9000 4K UHD Blu-ray player

MOD discs are problematic even on my Magnetar 800. They burned the disc at a very hogh speed (instead of the max speed of 4x for a dual layer BD-R). Even of it plays, 3-4 years later they become unreadable. I had several MOD titles that can’t be played on any of my player including my Pioneer BD-R reader. It shows the folder but the data can’t be reas.

Shot in the dark here but I've been having issues with the 4K bluray of Promising Young Woman. Even got a brand new disc after the first one froze up and I still get glitching and freezing. No other 4K discs have had this issue so I know it isn't my specific player. I know this is a MOD disc from universal so I'm wondering if these MOD discs have issues on certain players or the quality control on these discs are just that bad.

Wait Promising Young Woman is an MOD disc? I don't own it nor do I plan to but wouldn't have guessed that was a MOD title.
