they sure do and for relatively cheap... amazon france and germany have the best quality control out of all the amazon's in my opinion, I have never had am issue with any of their steels

... if you are familiar with amazon all of their sites are laid out the same way so you should be able to figure out how to use it or if you use google chrome it will translate the page for you

Also is it uncut by default from the English menus, or do you have to access it via a non English menu choice as with the original disk.
