Not to my knowledge.

I still think After Hours is the most likely. Unless I just missed something along the way?

I'm hoping it's partially for The Big Clock. I remember hearing someone say it could be somehow a reference to 4 Months, 3 Weeks, and 2 Days (which is pretty much confirmed). Big clock = a lot of time?

4 Months, 3 Weeks, 2 Days is SO going to be mine.

Whether I'll ever watch it again -- that's a different question. Anyone who's seen it knows what I'm talking about. But regardless, I will own it. What a film.

Speaking of re-watchability, I purged 16 titles from my collection this past weekend. I needed the dough so I went through my collection and asked myself - "Am I going to watch these again any time soon?". I like having a trimmer collection of only stuff I watch multiple times.

It's hard enough choosing a title from the shelf. Now I don't feel obligated to re-watch something I'm not particularly interested in.

What about the Up series? The documentary has been updated every seven years by Michael Apted since Seven Up! was done by Paul Almond in 1956. If a big clock represents a lot of time, a series that has now covered 56 years (with 56 Up in 2012) would be my guess. That would make for a hell of a boxed set.

Back in my sophomore year in college I lost one of my student loans and fell behind on my tuition payments. I was in real danger of getting kicked out of school and I need something more than a minimum wage job, which is all I could find at the time.

One night I met a man in a bar and I happened to mention that I was having money troubles. He said he could give me a way to make some quick cash and I didn't even need any references.

Three days later he called and said I should be at the 10pm Tuesday screening of Waterworld at the local movie theater and someone would meet me there with more information.

What happened next was...not something I've ever talked about before.

I was able to stay in school and graduate on time.

...but I've never really been the same since.

I read somewhere on the internet that opening up about your deepest, darkest secrets on a message board was the best way to deal with your demons.
Thanks for sharing, Ray. We've all got your back...just not like that guy.

Waterworld should have set all sorts of warning bells off in your head, Ray...

Same thing happened to me. Did the guy have you do his paper route while he was on vacation? I hated getting up that early, but it was all worth it in the end.

I'm pretty sure that the phoenix in the clue was for Phoenix and not for The Flight of the Phoenix, which is most likely with Twilight Time. Also, not sure where you're seeing The Naked Prey.

One clue was simply Phoenix (the city), the other one (new Year) the phoenix was flying

Then again, Dr. Strangelove definitely had 2 different clues, such a waste of drawing space

He's from Liverpool, but will have been talking about the Hillsborough disaster, which happened in Sheffield but involved Liverpool FC.

I think that he meant the image referring to The Naked Island, which as you know, has already been released. Additionally, the correct title of the other film mentioned is BEYOND the Valley of the Dolls, a release that will shoot Criterion's 2016 output into the stratosphere of "Best Ever."

Speaking of Russ Meyer films, see if any of you can spare the $33.99 to purchase the Faster Pussycat, Kill, Kill (RM Films International) blu-ray disc. It is a "bare bones" release, but it is one of the most different films that I have ever seen. I'll just leave it at that!

I meant Prey

Am I the only one that thinks the way he's hunched forward with his hands seemingly together looks like praying? Hence The Naked Prey? I mean, they could have drawn him any old way if the clue was just for The Naked Island. Criterion has the rights to the title and it was released on BD in the UK a couple of months ago so it's not a huge stretch or anything
