Yeah, AppleTV would make my day. But I agree, I doubt we'll see it. At least at launch. It could happen eventually though.

Tempted to get some things with this sale, but:

1. I still have B&N gift cards from Family Dollar that I never used, and that sale is rapidly approaching. It's a bit of a pain to get to the "good" B&N but I could manage it at least one day in November.

2. Filmstruck will launching next year (I refuse to acknowledge any date prior to its launch on Roku, etc.), and I'll be able to watch Criterion movies there first instead of risking blind buys.

3. I still have Criterions I haven't watched.

If it's anything like Hulu, it will mostly be helpful to increase your blu-upgrade wishlist or past releases, there are only a few newly announced titles that are already there or get added when announced, and they sometimes don't have the new transfers.

I can only hope the situation get's better with Filmstruck, but we will see.

Thanks, but as someone else said $25 is the minimum GC. I ordered once already during the sale and now trying to make effective use of the $50 reward certificate I achieved.

Picked up Things to Come, Seconds, and Ministry of Fear as upgrades (yes, I was late to the BD party), and Kagemusha and Don't Look Now as blind buys. Been after the upgrades for the last couple of B&N sales, but for some reason the store copies were always in rough shape.

Talking of B&N, 2 x 20% member store coupons arrived today; good until November 13. Roll on the sale.
