Mostly got them through Netflix or Amazon, but after watching His Girl Friday, Bringing Up Baby, and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, I went out and blind bought Only Angels Have Wings. All extremely great films.. Wings was a bit melodramatic at times, but still enjoyed it.
Tonight I'm going to go with To Have and Have Not and I have to get a copy of Red River.
Very exciting finding a great director that I needed to watch a lot of films from. I had heard of Hawks and Wyler just hadn't got to seeing them yet.

*I'm assuming Criterion will be releasing Bringing Up Baby?
Definitely check out Twentieth Century (1934), Barbary Coast (1935), Come & Get It (1936), Sergeant York (1941), Ball Of Fire (1941) & Monkey Business (1952). They're all terrific (most of his films are worth watching).

If you don't like Red River, still give his other westerns a shot; maybe it's me, but I don't really like Red River much at all, but LOVE El Dorado and Rio Bravo.

Discotek Media already released it, so I can't imagine Criterion would. I have always wished that Criterion would release Robot Carnival (Discotek Media did release it), Angel's Egg or Windaria.

I cracked the clue!

The time on the clock is 10:10, which translates to 610 minutes. The color orange has a wavelength between 585–620 nm. It must be A Clockwork Orange!

Criterion released the film that inspired Windaria, Ugetsu. Now if only they would upgrade that to Blu-ray.

Now I cross my fingers for the hopeful upgrade in the near future.
