I just picked up "The Fugitive Kind" recently (for a decent price), because I figured that if it ever got upgraded, they'd drop the "Tennessee Williams" bonus feature. Ah well...

They made an error with the spines. They go from 1010 to 1111 and 1112.

Nice month! Le Petit Soldat and Fail Safe are the biggies for me. Holiday is nice to see too, but I would have been a lot more excited to see Bringing Up Baby.

None of the announced titles feel like an immediate must-have for me, but the cover art for Holiday is lovely.

I can't wait till Le Petit Soldat is in my hands. The first Godard I ever saw and still my favorite. Something about that movie just feels raw and all encompassing of Godard's approach to cinema.

I don't think Criterion does contracts or licenses like that. I believe when they do a licensing deal, it's for full home video rights (and streaming), regardless of format. Are there any examples of DVD's still in print that have been released by another label in the US?
