I wanted to order the rereleases of "Y Tu Mama Tambien" and "Insomnia", but B&N doesn't ship to Germany and Amazon.com isn't price matching YTMT and Insomnia is out of stock.

Or is this only for international customers?

I'm also waiting for Amazon to price match some of the titles I want. Hopefully they'll do it soon, the list has been growing steadily.

Just put in an order of 12 Blu-rays from Unobstructed View here in Canada. The sale isn't quite as good as B&N, but B&N has betrayed us Canadians! And I didn't want to feel left out when you all started posting your hauls.

Anyone have any experience with UV? This is my first time. Fingers crossed it is a good experience.

They suck and I'd rather buy nothing at all than buy anything from them. I dont know why they've excluded Canada AGAIN from the sale, because apparently they hate money

Although I have a sneaking suspicion its a request from Criterion so that their bullshit business partner in Canada can run their sale successfully as no other blu rays are excluded shipping to Canada right now.
Either way, I wont be buying anything from C until their flash sale or at full price from the place I get my movies

They take way too long to fill orders and a lot of the time its not complete because they dont keep their stock up to date.
Last time I ordered them it took 6 weeks for a shipping email and one item was backordered (even though I made sure to purchase in stock only).
Ended up getting the item refunded.

I'm pushing past the restoration problems, I am going to get Memories of Murder, no matter how bad the restoration was received. My favorite film of all time and I don't think there will ever be another restoration for this title or if there may possibly be one in the future, it won't happen for a long time. People who decided to wait for a better version to come out might as well buy the US DVD or try to find a copy of the older Korean Blu-ray

Is the quality of Criterion's replacement discs different? My replacement disc for Zatoichi had darker blues and yellow and the art is slightly off-center (the disc works so it's no biggie) but I was wondering if this is a thing.

The one in the paper sleeve is the replacement
