I used to own the Tartan UK DVD release of The Phantom Carriage, so will definitely be upgrading to the Criterion Blu at some point.

As for future releases; Cul-de-sac, High and Low, If...., The Killing, and Orpheus are all on my shopping list.

There are still a fair few released Criterion titles I want to pick up too...

Right now I have If... and The Killing/Killer's Kiss on pre-order. I also want Cul-de-Sac, High and Low (based on recommendations here), 3 Women, and potentially what October has to offer with this afternoon's announcement. I'm still trying to catch up on already released titles. Counting the 3 yet to be released, there's still 8 titles that have already been released that I really want, with a few that I may grab that aren't as important to me.

The Killing/Killer's Kiss is the only Criterion I have ever preordered, although that might change depending on what they announce in the future.

I guess if you count reserving a copy at BN, I have also preordered Beauty and the Beast and High and Low.

This article from the Wall Street Journal (posted on Criterion Cast's tumblr) confirms that World on a Wire will be a Criterion title, which most of us expected. However, it says it won't be released until after the theatrical run, which ends in December. I guess that means it will be a 2012 title.

Watched Zazie, and People on Sunday yesterday...... then when the kids were asleep and the wife was tucked safely away, I watched Black Moon, and decided to stay up even later and watched In The Realm of the Senses with the commentary!

For those who have seen ItRotS with the commentary, I found it humorous how many times he became "speechless" although he provided some pretty great insight into the films' origins, and the climate during its' release.

just my humble opinion, but Marina Vlady's blue eyes deserved a blu-ray Criterion release.
I remember how I was disappointed at that time that 2 or 3 Things I Know About Her and Made in USA* were released on DVD only.

* yeah yeah yeah Marianne Faithfull As Times Go By sequence also deserved a blu-ray release...
