The Game probably worked because its release date is September 25th which is within the time frame of the 50% off sale.

I like all of them. I would say, though, if you haven't seen Black Moon, it's the least 'safe' blind-buy from that list, so I would wait on it. If they appeal to you, my favorites there are probably Down by Law, Videodrome and Weekend...but I'd recommend the rest as well.

I'm wanting to get 3 titles (over $50)...definitely want Eating Raoul and Le Havre....not sure what to add to those.

Just an FYI for fellow Canadians: Criterion has changed the shipping method to Canada from UPS to DHL/Canada Post. I ordered three titles and paid a fairly reasonable $13 in shipping, which is probably a third of what the UPS shipping would have cost.

I went with The Game, Harold & Maude, and Gimme Shelter.

I saw Harold & Maude with my parents when I was a kid. I like the Rolling Stones during the late 60s to early 70s. I've never seen the Game, but it seems like it gets a lot of comments on the forums.

I'm really hoping for a sale on "In the Mood for Love" soon.
