Blue is the Warmest Color looks interesting, I'll have to watch the trailer and read more about it.

But apparently they're releasing another edition at some unspecified point in the future with more special features? And a double dip of Breathless? Hmph.

Should be noted that they're going to release a more special edition for Blue is the Warmest Color later on. This release only has a couple extras.

Criterion never fails in making great covers for their films. Fantastic Mr. Fox looks great!

Is this the first time Criterion has done this??

Anyway, Foreign Correspondent is a good early-ish Hitchcock film so I'll be keeping my eye on that one. Maybe...

I am in love with that Fantastic Mr. Fox cover. But seriously Criterion, where the hell is The Life Aquatic!

Interesting how Blue is the Warmest Color has a blu-ray (and dvd) release as opposed to dual-format.

And for the first time I've ever seen, the blu-ray is only $20! (cause it only has a couple of trailers)!

I guess as some others have mentioned, this is just a "temporary" release until a more special edition comes out? I find that a bit unusual!

It seems odd, it has an unusually low SRP price of $24.95

Yeah. What do they have of his now on BD?
-Bottle Rocket
-Rushmore
-The Royal Tenenbaums
-The Dajeerling Limited
-Fantastic Mr. Fox

They just need to upgrade Life Aqautic and get Moonrise Kingdom, and they'll be golden, Ponyboy.

My bet is that they snatch up Grand Budapest Hotel the moment it gets released.

Blue is the Warmest Color - Wasn't expecting this one so soon. Pleased to see it, although they could have done a better job on the cover (reminds me of The Kid with a Bike.)

Fantastic Mr. Fox - Good thing I didn't pick up the other edition. Cover art is okay.

Tess - It's about time. Haven't seen it, but I've heard enough good things to blind buy it.

Don't really care about the rest. Good month.

It's probably rushed to capitalise on any Oscar nominations

geez.. Ebert called King of the Hill Soderbergh's best film. I had never even heard of it. general premise sounds interesting.

Huh. This is... weird. Guess the extras will come after all of the award hoopla? Wasn't going to pick it up until the July sale, so hopefully it'll be out by then.
