I don't know anyone who knows it yet. It was by luck that somebody working at a Barnes & Noble store managed to reveal the dates last sale but I don't know if he/she will do that again. I'm guessing it will be sometime between early to mid November when it starts. It always ends on the first week of December though.

Funny how your post is exactly a day apart from the previous post haha

Not sure if this is a typical thing but there's roughly 40 bluray titles on sale for $19.97 on the bullmoose website, listed under a tab marked "criterion sale." Have I been missing this or is this a new thing? Do the titles fluctuate?

BullMoose holds semi regular sales on certain Criterion titles. Usually like 40 films or so at a time.

Marriage Story might be the Criterion disc on Netflix. Has the cover. Wonder if I should add it to my queue.

idk if they opened back up, but the Oak Park library has a nice collection with many on Blu-ray. ...and if you have any reason to be out there, the Arlington Heights library is just an embarrassment of riches when it comes to selection.

Le Cercle Rouge (1970) has been announced by StudioCanal for a 4K restoration with a theatrical screening. Also coming on 4K UHD in European territories. A Criterion release shouldn't be too far behind but the restoration is.... questionable

Criterion B&N sale won't be until another month on the beginning of November and ends on December. I think B&N Sale would be the best bet to get Fellini since that's when the boxset comes out. I'm guessing you want to preorder it so I guess flash sale should be the choice and that will happen real soon so don't worry.
I forget, if one goes to Barnes website during the Nov Criterion sale to order the Fellini Box, would you still be able to backorder it at the sale price if the in stock ones are gone?

I still have my own Criterion blu-ray of Le Cercle Rouge and though its out of print, I won't ever have to buy another copy of it again, so I'm happy.

I'm sure Criterion is not unfamiliar with Blu-ray.com and this thread specifically, but yes, contacting Criterion directly about 4K demand is more pro-active.
