Plus, Disney, Fox library's new owner, may be a little trickier to deal with now. But also, Criterion has such a blind following that I feel like probably most of their titles sell okay and at least break even just because of the little C logo on the cover I'm sure you've noticed, a lot of Criterion obsessors want Criterion to release titles (superfluously) already released on 4K UHD or by other boutique labels who did amazing jobs. Spartacus, Robocop and Taxi Driver are examples of top-notch releases I see people demanding a CC release. My point is that Criterion can probably release whatever they want and do well with it.

You can use them all at once as long as the coupons/certificates are from different times/promos. You cannot use them all at once if for example, you got a promo yesterday and your friend gave you theirs from yesterday. But if you have one from September, one from June and one from March, for example, they'll work together.

I'm taking the money I would use for new discs and applying it to the last two Eclipse sets that I want. I might be on point so that by the end of the year, the only things left in my Criterion wishlist will be 6-8 directors whose work I would like to get more familiar with, like Ozu or Ray or John Waters.
That's a little different from the nearest Barnes & Noble where I live. Once they sold out of the newer Criterion releases (the hottest items), they never restocked during the entire sale. It's because of this that I'll be trying for the newer releases in today's flash sale.

The rest of my wishlist is catalog titles that I know they're never gonna re-stock in-store ever again. I figure I've got a good shot at grabbing "The Elephant Man" and "Parasite" if I go to the store on the first day of the sale, which I can do because I work-from-home these days. Maybe if I get lucky, they'll even have "The Hit". Of course, it might be a moot point, they might continue to block membership discounts on the Criterion sale discs.

I only recently picked this up, so I'd love to know what the issue was, and how to determine if I have a corrected disc.

I hear ya.

I have a few older releases on my "must have" list. I've been see-sawing on whether to buy them now in the flash sale or wait and take my chances on the Barnes & Noble sale. I tend to overbuy in these sales, so it's really hard for me not to order everything I want right now. The older releases I have in mind have been on the shelves at my nearest B&N for a while now, so I feel fairly comfortable that they'll still be there for the next sale. If not, I'll order them online ... no big deal. (Fingers crossed. Good luck with the sale!)

Just snagged The Hit, The Elephant Man, and Come and See. Unfortunately I was charged sales tax, which has never happened before.

Got it done. Picked up Marriage Story, Elephant Man, Certain Women, Wanda, Clouds of Sils Maria, and A Brighter Summer Day. Luckily my cart didn’t empty. Sales tax is new though right?

Was able to get my order in with little to no hiccups whatsoever. Adding to cart from my wishlist took a little extra time but thankfully nothing that I wanted went out of stock.

[Show spoiler]

They're in my wishlist, but this order wouldn't represent the entirety of my wishlist, I had everything already curated specifically so I didn't have to load up while the server is being predictably hammered.

(But thanks for the tip, I appreciate the intent.)
