Back from work, and finally able to join in the fun.

Also, I forgot that the upgrade of The Hit was released today. One of my favourite films. Had the sale been last week...

Cashed in my $50 gift certificate, and ordered the following:

A review of my Criterion account shows that, surprisingly, I haven't participated in a Flash Sale since 2016! I guess I'm more of a "walk into Barnes and Noble" kind of guy.

But by this time, I have accumulated four $10 gift certificates from Criterion for various reasons (streaming subscriber rewards and so forth)! Time to put them to good use.

Pleasantly surprised that the reports were true--I could stack all 4 codes!! So with taxes, 3 Criterions for $23.65!! And when I remember to cash in my accumulated credit card rewards, it'll be like these were FREE!!

Same here. My order is "Open" so I'm trying to remember from past sales if they only send an email once it's "Processed."

I remember always getting a confirmation. It did allow me to cancel it just now, which I think is a new option... I’m glad because I just remembered the $10 certificate that just sent recently

Any indications yet of a November Barnes & Noble Criterion Collection sale?
I rather go that route since I have some B&N gift cards.

I talked with a Barnes and Noble manager yesterday, I feel foolish since I forgot the exact date he said lol but it does start early Nov.

The French disc is better. I want a US copy so I'm sorta suck. The cover for criterion's is beyond ugly.

My 3 guesses earlier were Fri 10/30, Tues Nov 3 or Frid Nov 6 as the most likely dates. Someone in this thread said he had been told Nov 6 which certainly fits and running through Nov 30 (Cybermonday) which would fit a couple of their usual dates.

BN has been known to change dates at the last minute so I wouldn't set it in stone, but right now at least I'd say 90+% chance it's going to happen

I was rewatching Dellamorte Dellamore the other day and I feel like the movie would be a good pick for Criterion. The movie is not your typical horror movie at all and there's something in there can appeal to almost anyone.

It usually starts the first Friday of November.
