Where would I go to get a replacement Criterion case for an order received from the previous Target B2GO sale? The case hub is shattered. Would Criterion send me a replacement if I contact them?

The fact that he lives in Texas and folks are currently living through a winter time apocalypse and at least 30 people have died.

Not based on my most recent experience for an item I bought at B&N. They'll probably tell you to contact the retailer for a complete replacement. Their correspondence with me was along the lines of "if you didn't get it from us, we're not replacing cases at this time." I think it has a lot to do with COVID and them not being in the office on a regular basis to actually ship replacements.

You can buy clear cases on eBay very similar to the Criterion ones.

I'm friends with him on Facebook. He's dealing with some serious outages but otherwise he's alive from what I know (from a message he sent me a few days ago).

Here's a snippet from what he told me: "Sleeping in lots of layers, a few pairs of socks and a knit cap, and it’s pretty warm. Our power system in Texas is all screwed up. Thank you fir asking."

Was debating on eventually getting Akria Kurosawa on BD, but let's be reasonable. I've more Criterion on DVD compared to BD though. The fact I don't mind owning more than one release of a title, usually more bonus features or superior image quality, tends to have me gravitate the less expensive option compared to Criterion. Glad I still have kept my subscription with DVD Netflix going strong for the last 17 or more years. IF the title is available for rent from there, that is.
Been meaning to add more to my Alfred Hitchcock collection too. (Have that organized by cinematic release date, regardless of company or disc format.) Guessing Spellbound would be the last of the MGM three to be released onto BD, whenever the licensing is reacquired. Happened with Notorious and Rebecca when CC released both along with Spellbound on DVD.

Akira Kurosawa films available on OG DVD Netflix Some appear to be the Crterion releases.

During the 2nd episode of Lee Kline's podcast, he said they are releasing a Blu-ray of Blast of Silence sometime this year.
