If you flip it the way it should be, the insert clips end up on the wrong side. Insert clips are usually always on the left.

So I'm clear, the word "PUSH" on the buttons is written upside down and that's the only problem? Like, you can't just flip it around the way you want with the insert clips on the left and deal with having the word PUSH be written upside-down?

Yeah, it just seems like the push buttons are upside down, unless I too am missing something here

It's not just the push button, the whole case is upside down because if you look at the case number. It's normally at the bottom, but since they made it upside down, it's at the top now. Everything on the case is upside down. Whoever made the case must've not noticed that and placed the insert clips on the left side. So if you flip it, they're going to end up on the wrong side. A quick fix might be to break off the clips and super glue it on the left side, but it's not going to look right.

Look at the case number on the spine. You'll notice it's upside down as well.

An even quicker fix is just to ignore it since it really isn't a big deal at all.

But it’s a limited edition, potentially one-of-a-kind in this state! I thought collectors loved these unique packages and slipcovers and such.

I got one of those too. Think I'll take MifineFan's suggestion

For what it's worth, the buttons are "upside down" in this one as well.

Yeah, I did notice that. It's possible it's the case with all of them (perhaps all of the 3-disc cases recently made?) but I don't really see why that's such a big deal. He claimed the binder clips were on the right side, so I was just using the video to show it wasn't for everyone, and even his picture shows that the clips are indeed on the left side. I don't think the case number is even upside down as he says, but I'll need to look closer.

Looks like it might have to do more with Criterion packaging it incorrectly rather than the Blu-ray case design being of fault because if you look on Casetopia. You'll notice that the image for the case is held up in the right position. It looks like they chose to put the insert clips on the right for aesthetic reasons, but I don't know. It's really odd cause if you check the other cases such as the single disc Scanavo and 2-disc Scanavo cases, all the insert clips are on the left side. Criterion decided to package The Human Condition upside down and who knows what other 3-disc titles with Scanavo 3-disc cases also faced the same situation. Criterion doesn't seem to notice that the case is upside down. The video you showed has the push buttons blurred out, but as indicated on Criterion Forums where they've shown photos of the packaging. It seems that every copy of Human Condition is packaged with an upside down case and I've received 2 copies with the same upside down cases already. If you look at the bottom spine area inner or outer of the case, you'll notice a code with numbers and letters. It is where you'll find the case number. Generally it is always at the bottom.

My life is completely upside down so getting an upside down blu-ray case is, "Welcome to my world." Not a problem for me.

I just started re-watching S3 of Stranger Things, so I'm starting to think this is a sign we're all in the upside down
