As Unobstructed View only gives us Canucks 35% off, I snagged from the Amazon price matches:

Blue Velvet would be a good starting point.

This has thrown an interesting spanner in the works (in a good way) with a couple of the Criterion US Blu-ray titles on my want list also being $20 on Amazon.

Hopefully a review is up on here soon for Choose Me.

All right, guys. If you could only get two of those titles, which would you get? The only one I've seen completely is To Die For.

That Thelonius Monk documentary was so dang good I watched it last Sunday on one of my two days off I highly recommend it especially if you love jazz music as I do. I'm also a big fan of Thelonius Monk myself as he's one of my favorite musicians of all time.

I'd forgotten about Brazil. It edged out Days of Heaven on my wishlist.

Planning on picking up at least 4 titles next week. Any coupons or other ways to save, other than the 50% off each?

Yep. But Amazon is shipping to Germany; B&N doesn’t, anymore…

Since Barnes and Noble is also doing a Radiance sale I've got my eye on six more titles. As I have six individual titles, and a Japanese horror film box set currently. I've watched everything except the box set currently.

I've got my eye on these films
A Tale of Sorrow and Sadness
Black Tight Killers
The Tale of Oiwas Ghost
Eighteen Years in Prison
Slap the Monster on Page One
Bandits of Orgosolo

Brazil is the original film about enshittification, years before the term was coined.

Highly recommend A Tale of Sorrow and Sadness. It feels very much like a Suzuki film but is totally different than his other films i have seen. Also highly recommend Tattooed Life and Underworld Beauty for more Suzuki. I bought them all before I knew about this 50% off sale thing. I wonder if it’s going to be a thing where they have both on sale July and November all the time.
