I'm hoping another Wong Kar Wai film gets the 4K treatment. Is that even a possibility? I'd also settle for an individual blu-ray release of Happy Together.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure 4K
Mick Travis Trilogy 4K (would also be ok with just O Lucky Man!)
Birth 4K
Lolita 4K
Yi Yi 4K
Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence 4K
Charade 4K
Any one of those, and I'd be happy.

What makes you think they would release Go? Fun film, but I'm not aware of any reason it would be a priority for them

I hope his later work also gets some love eventually. Imagine The Grandmaster on 4K disc.

I just want it out on 4K... but there are many Criterion releases that I wouldn't consider a priority.

CC is sometimes filled with wild cards.

Wish Arrow would release it if they still do deal for Sony titles.
It missed its 25th anniversary last year. I thought for sure SONY would have dropped it in Nov/Early Dec since it takes place during Christmas.

I love The Man Who Wasnt There, but what I really hope for is for The Ballad of Buster Scrubbs to be rescued from streaming only.

Dog Day Afternoon was on the Warner schedule for 2025 so shouldn't it be a given that it will be among today's announcements?

I'm hoping for that and French Connection but NOT expecting both.

Well, the year couldn’t possibly go by without Nashville and Dog Day Afternoon celebrating their 50th anniversary, right?

Boogie Nights was on that schedule, and there’s still no 4K release.
