I'm glad to see Bill Hader from SNL browsing the Criterion closet.

Can you imagine how batshit people would go if somebody thought they spotted a dusty stack of The Third Man bds in the corner of one of these warehouse shots?

That would be hilarious.

*he left calling cards with the words "SpiderBaby, the artist formly known as CG" and a note that reads, "Wes Anderson, Call Me!" The font seems to be from some French films made famous by Jean-Luc Godard, he might be a fan. He was said to be pissed about being called a Blu-ray Samurai*

Bill Hader is pretty much the only reason I still watch SNL.

haha i was thinking that too. i thought "maybe they'll do it just to be smart asses and in the bottom corner have a whole pile of cases with spines that read "The Third Man" on them and maybe a post it note that says, "unable to sell. no one has any interest" on it

"Forbidden Games" is an excellent childhood film, in my opinion.

You are welcome. It is OOP. But, you can still find affordable copies on Amazon. In my opinion, it doesn't get the recognition it should.

In the past day I've watched Paris, Texas, Black Orpheus, and The Red Shoes. Easily the weakest of those 3 was Black Orpheus, but that's not saying it was bad. It's just that between Paris, Texas which, like Wim's movies I've seen, moves slow but kicks your ass at the end, and The Red Shoes which was just magnificent (perhaps the greatest dance scenes ever put to film), Black Orpheus kind of gets left in the dust. I'm sad I waited all this time to watch 2 of those 3, though.
