I would be careful doing the Amazon Student thing, unless you really are enrolled in college. Here's what their terms of service say (emphasis mine):

I've never actually gotten Prime with the EDU discount. Mine is a paid account. As much as I use Amazon it's a great deal for me.

The packaging is simply beautiful, can't wait to watch the film!

If any of you were wanting to pick up "Battle of Algiers" and have a B&N membership, there's a 20% off coupon that you can print out and use in-store. I got my copy yesterday for around $32. It looks like you can use it online as well, which brings it to $33ish before tax.

When did yours tender to USPS?
Mine was in IL as of yesterday morning... for some reason the tracking no. doesn't work on the USPS tracking page.

My package shipped from NY by USPS on Monday, and I just got in today.

That's one that has been on my "to watch" list for a long time. I might have to bump it to the top of the the Netflix queue

DVD Beaver posted the review for If... yet he believes the BLU is missing the Theatrical Trailers that were included on the DVD!

Can anyone else confirm this? I already sold off my DVD copy.

I actually paid a little extra and used PlanetAxel, just because I never ordered from them before, so I gave 'em a try. Terrific service. I'll try Deep Discount next time for a future order.

The DVD edition does not have any trailers.

The Big Heat (1953) is excellent. It's a gritty, harsh, and violent film noir.
