Good news: if you preorder MoC's Lubitscsh Silents SD box, Une Femme Mariee BD and Hausu SD together, they all come out around the same time, Jan 25, therefore will all street together nicely. Amazon uk also seems to discount 2 pounds for international preorders; not sure if its a tax thing, or a preorder incentive or what.

I'm saying hi. I honestly don't know if I posted enough to be remembered but I've avoided this site since getting laid off.

I'm still jobless but I think I can handle reading about blus again

just wanted to say hello in one thread, like I'me coming back, and since this was my favorite I thought it was as good a place as any.

I remember you from your Tobias Funke Avatar !

I also tried to stay away to save some money, but I only managed to avoid this site for 2 weeks..and yes, this is an epic thread with a mountain of great information on criterion releases.

welcome back !

No, Amazon.co.uk removes the European VAT (Value Added Tax) since you're shipping to the USA.

And Eureka MoC are having a sale with FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING and prices that beat Amazon.co.uk!

That Amazon.com sale is really great, I just expanded my collection by a lot !

The Wages Of Fear
Jimi Plays Monterey / Shake! Otis At Monterey
Kagemusha
Pierrot Le Fou
Chungking Express
El Norte
The Last Metro
In The Realm Of The Senses
Repulsion
Howards End
Wings Of Desire
Gomorrah

Now I only miss a few like The Man Who Fell To Earth or the Complete Monterey Pop but I don't plan to get them.

Could someone point me to a site/link/thread that lists the entire Criterion Collection released thus far on blu-ray? Thanks

I'm just a beginner as far as blu-ray releases are concerned and would like to have a list I can look up as I start collecting

All of MOC's blu-rays are region-free except for "For All Mankind," which is Region-B because Criterion released it in the USA, and will play perfectly on your U.S. PS3.

Go to Criterion's site. Click on FILMS at the top, and there you will find a tab for blu-ray. Under that, it will say ALL TITLES, NEW RELEASES, and COMING SOON. From there, it also gives you the choice of how you want the titles to be sorted... director, spine #, etc.

Don't forget that there will be multiple pages if you choose ALL TITLES.

I did a Wikipedia entry for all Criterion Blu-rays both released and upcoming.

Good entry, McCrutchy. I know Wikipedia can be edited by all, but if you're only listing Criterion blu-ray releases I would suggest taking off the "Ran" entry since it was never released. Also, in the notes, maybe make mention for the titles that originally come in the digipack because people are continuously asking about that. Maybe, then, we can get the link to your entry put on the first page of this whole thread.

Well, if you're just "sitting" at work that can't be too bad, can it? Let us know when you actually start working, zedd.

Fixed it. I added a sub-section for canceled releases and marked the digipak releases.

Great price for those still needing it, and a highly recommended blind buy for those on the fence who haven't seen it.

Well..... I'm still without a credit card....... I never got an itemized list of the $7,000 worth of "Booty" the thieves pillaged from me....... and all of the deals going on are making me CRAZY
