Picked up three blu's from BN today.
A lot of them at my store had 10% off stickers on them, plus another 10% for members, so I got three for $70.12.

Not too bad, I'm just really impatient to wait for shipping, even if it is two days with amazon prime.

Has anyone been able to get the February or March Criterion blu-ray pre-orders with the the B2G1 offer on Barnes & Noble? It doesn't appear to me that they're a part of this deal.

Nevermind, I'm assuming it's because the sale ends February 2nd before the other titles are release.

The titles that qualify say "Buy 2 get the 3rd Free" next to the item description.

The sale only lasts through Feb. 2nd, so any titles that won't release until after Feb. 1st are not eligible for the sale prices. It's always like this for BN sales.

How is 8 1/2? I was at my local Best Buy this afternoon and saw one copy on the floor, even though the release date is next Tuesday. I hesitated at picking it up. Mistake?

There will be plenty of time to buy it. Why pay more at Best Buy just to have it a week early?

Hey guys, new to the forum, happy I stumbled upon it.

Just finished my blu ray collection today.

+ I pre ordered 8 1/2, Che, and Paris Texas with the B2G1 deal at BN.

Still waiting on the replacement cases for all the digipaks.
Also got the aweome Ben Button pdf from reallyagi (thank you!) that I hope to print out/get a case for soon.

My hair is down past my nipples, so I get Jesus a lot.
And without my beard I get David Spade.

They're going for $50+ on Ebay, and up to $70 sealed (plus shipping of course)
I doubt you'll find one in stock at a regular online retailer.

yeah i think thats a bit rich for my wallet.. dvdworldusa quoted me 50 pounds for one.. was hoping there might be some bricks and mortar store that might ship from the US but i guess a bit optimistic

I would buy it but that is me... part of me says wait until release date etc... sometimes my local Best Buys put them out early, but depends. In MN here.

Ordered 9 replacement cases 1 month ago today, still haven't received anything. Emailed Criterion about it 4 days ago, still no response.

For what a great company they are, their customer service is pretty atrocious.
