Just finished watching Revanche which I thought was absolutely superb. Great acting, pacing and story. Lovely cinematography too.

Anyone have any recommendations of other European films from the CC? I'm wondering if I'll like Rosetta or La Promesse or something like that. I haven't seen too much European stuff but loved films such as 36, MR73, Tell No One, Hidden.

I am interested in multiple of the films you are selling. Should I email you to get in contact? Also, how much for the Leopard box?

Other possibilities - Rififi (I swear, I'm going to give up and import this any day now), Passion of Joan of Arc, Picnic at Hanging Rock, BRD Trilogy (this wouldn't make as many people happy as say Le Samourai but man would those people be happy) and maybe Tokyo Story.
Really like your other possibilities list. Seems like Le Samourai has been so obvious for so long that the weight of the wait will pop it out at Criterion sooner or later.

Revisited Brazil several years ago and again last year and was very impressed at how it's held up. Government uses threat of terrorism to increase its power and control its citizens. Sound familiar? It was especially piquant during our last presidency. And I wonder if the Hunger Games art directors didn't look at color and costumes there before they went on with their film. I won't cry if it's Brazil.

Later note: Badlands?

Here's hoping. Hopefully it will NOT be the Pathe transfer released in France.

After the Children of Paradise release I would think this is a possibility.

Revanche was fantastic. Just off the top of my head I had very similar, very strong gut-level reactions to these...

Kes
Naked
Three Colors Trilogy
Double Life of Veronique

Carlos and People on Sunday also hit me pretty strongly but in different ways. And if you liked Cache/Hidden you should take a look at Carbon Copy. It didn't grab me and shake me exactly the way these others did but it was very good and I'll definitely be going back to it.

To me, Bottle Rocket is by far his worst from a replay value. It just doesn't hold up for me after watching it so many times.
Its not the style that bothers me but rather the paper thin characters. I wish Anderson could have thrown away all the character development/father-son, blah scenes and embraced it's hollow center. I'm glad to have seen it and I feel like DVD does not do this film justice (Anderson's visuals deserve to be seen in HD), but I can't help but like every film he's ever made more than this one. Here's how I'd rank them:

1. Royal Tenenbaums
2. Rushmore
3. Fantastic Mr. Fox
4. Moonrise Kingdom
5. Bottle Rocket (could be higher, I need to rewatch)
6. Darjeeling Limited
7. Life Aquatic
