Yeah, I emailed them about a week ago to change my order but they never responded. When I sent the money to order them the first time though, they sent an email within the day.

dont know if anyone has pointed this out yet, but I was watching Che, Disk 1 tonight and noticed a top-to-bottom vertical line come into the screen at 1:37:41

its a color night scene with del toro walking down the street with some girl.

only lasted one second, but an obvious PQ flaw.

I just received Curious Case of Benjamin Button from Barnes and Noble but it's missing the slip cover, anyone contacted Criterion about getting replacement slipcovers?

Thanks for the pics, pro-b. That would a nice gesture each month, I'd think, if you were able to post the packaging photos for the discs... if you have the time, of course.

i'm not 100% on this, but i think the covers were retailer exclusive or limited print run. I know BB had covers now they don't (at least at mine)

has anyone realized that on the back of Gomorrah it says:

First Printing 2009

does this mean when they begin printing these copies in 2010...it will change...making our copies more valuable like the first printing of a book?

Hey Pro-B,

Did "Hunger" come with the autographed director blu-ray sticker label on the front? I only received "Revanche" but the sticker did (side note: there is a 12-page booklet for "Revanche") come with the cool signature. I wished I saved all the director signature sticker labels...hehe.. (now I'm going to have to rebuy the Blu-rays just for the sticker...Just kidding - not that OCD).

***Btw, for anyone...which Criterion Blu-rays do have the director's signature sticker****

You know what I love best about the little Criterion family of posters we have here? I'm probably the least OCD and thats saying a lot because in real life I'm pretty damn OCD.



I throw my autographed stickers away with the outer shrink wrapping. All I care about is the inner contents being in good shape and being complete.

Yeah, I'm fairly OCD about my movie collection, but I haven't kept any of the director stickers.

for some reason about a half year ago i took off all the plastic wrappings and threw them away...i'm still regretting it to this day (i think it was one of those 12 oclock midnight things where you get pissed off about how everything is so dirty...you end up cleaning the whole house)

now i'm torn whether i should begin keeping the plastic wrap on my new purchases...or keep them all uniform with the wrap off
