I might be jumping on the boat a little late about digital media.

Having a great surround sound system (definitive technology, or higher end speakers), a great A/V receiver (DSD capabilities) and nice size flat screen, will push anyone to buy the high fidelity/quality software (blu ray and SACD, LPs).

MP3 s sound terrible on a real sound system, which is my response to the naysayers of CDs, LPs and SACD. I believe there has to be a big infrastructure change, before anyone can stream these HD equivalent blu rays (4k discs in the future) with HD audio. I know apple streams 44.1 kHz music, their selection is very limited.

I still think we are very far away from future of digital only, which is an awesome idea. Flying cars is also an awesome idea.

Vangelis in surround sound with great speakers is heaven for me.

Why did you decide to order it from there? That place is expensive, in my opinion.

Walmart, Target and other mass merchants: 29%
Best Buy and similar chains: 15%
Non-traditional outlets such as Amazon physical sales, mail order, venue and fan club sales: 10%
Indie stores: 7%
And the analyses of online-vs-disk music sales have......WHAT to do with analyses of online-vs-disk movie sales, exactly?

They were the only place that didnt say "Out of Stock, Shipping Soon, etc". Was only like $4 more than Amazon (who was/is out of stock).

Right...At least they'll possibly have it, but the price would be high... depends on how much you want it.

I hope neither of my own two orders get cancelled...

Well you're guaranteed a copy of it in-store, plus you can use coupons and membership discounts to get it cheaper.

I can not believe people are already selling copies of Le Cercle Rouge on Amazon for $80 plus when Amazon still has some in stock for $24.99. I almost feel like purchasing Amazon's remaining stock just so others can't buy them up and re-sell them at a 75% mark-up. I would like to just hold on to them for awhile and sell them to people in the future who actually want the disc for $24.99.

That's kinda sad. Even Pierrot le Fou didn't sky rocket like that until several months after it went OOP.

I wouldnt consider it in stock. I've had orders that say "Usually ships in 6-10 days" be refunded because they couldnt get their hands on any copies.

Cercle Rouge can be found for $42, cheapest Army of Shadows can be found for is $86!

I was hoping to get them for at the most $35 each shipped. Guess that is probably not going to happen any more. When was it announced that these were OOP?, seems like the price really sky rocketed. When The Man Who Fell to Earth was announced as OOP, you could still find copies on Amazon.ca quite a while after for non inflated prices.

Yeah it doesn't seem like anywhere has these in stick. They all say backordered or will ship in 5-10 days which probably means they won't be getting any more in unfortunately.
