Some people like it. Luckily you don't get to decide what "deserves" to be upgraded.

Just blind bought De Palma's Sisters on DVD. Really looking forward to watching this one actually. Always wanted to see it.

If it never gets upgraded, I won't complain

Sorry if this has been asked before. I just got Last Year At Marienbad from amazon, and I wanted to order the plastic case. I checked at the begining of this tread, but its not listed. Is Criterion not producing it anymore? Is there any way to get it? Thanks in advance.

If it means another title gets an upgrade over it then fine. My point was get it over with so every other day people can stop requesting it. We get it already.

I'd expect the Blu-ray of Life Aquatic next Spring sometime when Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel gets released theatrically in March, kinda how they timed the Blu-ray of The Royal Tenenbaums to be released within a couple months of the Summer release of Moonrise Kingdom.

That's My Boy was the best Sandler film in like the past 10 years.

Punch-Drunk Love came out within 10 years of when That's My Boy opened. This is factually inaccurate.

With the release of Blow Out earlier maybe there's more De Palma on the way at some point? Sisters does seem like something I would definitely like though. I really enjoy De Palma's earlier stuff. I'll post what I think about it after I watch it this week.

At any time I'd take Dancer In The Dark, Breaking The Waves, upgrades of the DVD Von Triers and I'd love Dogville.

Any Deftones fans in here? Such a shame that their original bassist Chi Cheng died yesterday, especially since he was showing signs of improvement. He was just 42. He will be missed.
This has relevance to this thread because whenever I saw Deftones live once, during one song they had scenes from the film House playing on a screen behind them. That was a pleasant surprise.

BAM!
I agree with this. I can't stand Adam Sandler films and before Punch-Drunk Love was very underwhelmed by P.T. Anderson films.
Punch-Drunk Love is a beautiful and strange film. Hard to believe there is still no release date for a blu-ray.

Mine as well. Took a recent rewatch of his filmography to determine that, but it's now my favorite by a significant margin.
