It may not...Lola Montes was not in a DigiPak, neither was The Double Life of Veronique.

Most likely, but not 100% certain, that it will depend on the size of the book!

I really liked Prometheus I saw it twice in theaters actually

I believe American Reunion was the worst thing I saw in theaters last year

Really? It actually looks really good to me. However, I guess I can't judge a book by its cover, you know?

I just got done watching the Alien series the other day and I found it enjoyable with my favorite being Aliens. I guess that's what appeals to me so much about Prometheus - it's the beginning of it all (or so it seems!)

Yeah I've been watching them all in alphabetical order, especially during the day. At night, I try to find something that'll appeal to my entire family more. Usually it's the newer releases.

Default Jubal

I watched my CC blu-ray of Jubal last night. Great little Western with excellent performances from Ernest Borgnine, Rod Steiger, and Valerie French. The cinematography is stunning on location in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Great film to pick up at a low price point, ordered mine when it showed up in my Amazon Gold Box deals for under 20 bucks. Looking forward to getting my copy of the original 3:10 to Yuma, as I have never seen it.

I might revisit it for a 2nd chance with lowered expectations in the future, but I had so many problems with it. Paper thin, poorly written characters like scientists with no sense really bothered me.

My response is actually somewhat different. I respect Salo as an artistic expression and work, and as a statement. I like Pasolini's other work a lot and with this particular film I do see its merits as a piece of film art. The casting is precise. The sets are actually really lovely and opulent. The use of the lead female character as a kind of in-scene narrator is effective, if also haunting, creepy, and even disgusting.

Much of the movie is plainly disgusting. I don't really see this as a love it movie . . . I don't see how anyone could love it, I don't see how anyone could say, "I love Salo." A good movie, a piece of cinema, a work of art . . . sure, but to love Salo doesn't seem plausible to me. It is a movie that intentionally avers love, rejects what is positive in human experience, and deals with hopelessness in the most tasteless and insensitive of ways. It is something to respect, to find merit in, to appreciate in several ways, but not to love.

As for hate, yes, I can definitely see people, nearly all people, hating Salo.

I loved Prometheus. One of the most beautiful looking and sounding blus in my modest collection. Just keep it mind that all of the questions won't be answered.

It seems to be a love it or hate it proposition from what I've seen.

I've been meaning to give it another shot too.

It's particularly dispiriting when a film has so much potential and ends up struggling even to entertain.

Alien eats it for breakfast. And without a lot of cine-pontificating about the nature and origin of man.

Bring in Walter Hill to write the sequel!

Let me rephrase. Love it as a form of expression. That sounds better and clarifies things a bit. I can't comment, as I haven't seen it. Many that didn't like it say that Pasolini missed the boat completely and this had no expression in it, only repulsion. Once again, I can't comment on it but it seemed those that loved it, loved it for what it represents.

Someone, I think it was Criterioncast, had a 3D image of the packaging, and it was a digi. We will see, I guess.

I hate Prometheus... BUT I watch some of it every time I catch it on TV, I saw it in theaters, I've watched the blu-ray a few times, I have the action figures...I just really enjoy it, even though I think it's a terrible film. I know, I can be weird that way.
