Go to the market place options then go to the third page and you'll see the amazon.co.uk option. You should be able to order it then.

Remember it's part of the 2 for £10($15) deal not sure how much they charge for postage to the US though.

The 4 separate commentaries for each LOTR film was a bear to get through. (insert "toothpicks holding up eyelids" emoticon here).

On occasions when I go nuts and buy 4 or 5 BDs/DVDs at a time, however, it can really create a backlog. And, I'm ashamed to admit, on select movies where I may be more interested in the commentary than the movie itself (certain "art" films, foreign films, and B-movies come to mind), I'll watch a movie I've never seen before for the first time with both commentary track and subtitles on, and try to follow both at the same time. There, I said it. There was a time in my life when I could set aside 2 or 3 hours a day to just watch movies, but that time is long gone.
Same here. Really enjoy well made, informative bonus features + commentaries. Always exhaust any BR's content before moving on to the next.

I always feel guilty of being impatient in terms of not spending an extra night watching the supplements from one of the Criterion films I watched the night before. Sometimes there are so many supplements (3-4 hours) that it takes me up to 4 nights to watch everything. I might spend the first night watching the film, the second night watching the film with audio commentary, the third night watching half of the supplements and then the 4th night watching the rest of the supplements or maybe the film again. It makes it even harder if there is more than one commentary track (imagine 4 commentary tracks!), cause then do you listen to all 4 or just pick one or two. That happened recently with Fight Club, where I just chose to listen to one audio commentary and not all 4. Fortunately, Criterion doesn't go overboard with audio commentaries and at most you might have 2 different commentaries. Rarely have I seen 3 commentary tracks and never 4.

Streaming video is only good when traveling or on vacation when you cannot take your blu-ray disc with you, but otherwise its like comparing apples to oranges in terms of quality and value.

Hey guys, I'm gonna list a bunch of titles and if someone could recommend some of the titles that would be great!

Repo Man
Breathless
Wes Anderson films
Che
Gomorrah
Grey's Anatomy
Traffic (great movie)
Solaris
Tokyo Drifter
Paris, Texas
Days of Heaven
Blow Out

I'm trying to narrow it down to 4 titles. I don't wanna blow all my money on this sale since I'm trying to start saving for school.

I'd say Paris, Texas; Solaris, Repo Man and either Days of Heaven or Breathless.

great scene. LLV is one of my all-time favorite movies, probably in my top ten or twenty American films. Also by Figgis, I like the Loss of Sexual Innocence. Both are great and should be spined imo.

Posted my list above. Consider renting Repo Man first, it's no where near as rewatchable as Sid & Nancy (for me). Still a decent film though.

Paris, TX really blew me away. I went into not knowing what to expect, and I hadn't ever seen a WW film - the methodical, deliberate pace set a nice tone, while the dramatic third act brought a powerful emotional climax to bear. I was engrossed from beginning to end, definitely worth owning. I've seen it three times now.

Repo man
Rushmore
Tokyo Drifter
Paris, Texas

All very safe blind buys in my opinion. Most of the others are excellent too but these ones come with high replay value (not that the others don't but these are great films and "entertaining") so they're my recommendations.

P.s if you like Tokyo Drifter, definitely check out Branded to Kill. Both very cool films.

Seriously consider Solaris too. It's one of my very favorite Criterion titles (only Red Desert and Thin Red Line rank higher).

I was just thinking about my top 20 American films today, having a conversation with my lady about this. While I don't know all of them for sure, here are some thoughts/possibilities . . . in no particular order . . .

Wizard of Oz
On the Waterfront
Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf
Paths of Glory
Ben Hur
Heaven's Gate
Magnolia
Leaving Las Vegas
Pulp Fiction
Jaws
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
My Own Private Idaho
Last Temptation of Christ
The Shining
The Graduate
Apocalypse Now
Vertigo
Fargo
Badlands

Abdrewes, if you have a list handy, what are yours?
