Yes! I would welcome anything--Alice, After Hours, Bringing Out the Dead, Kundun, anything--with open arms.

Come on Fishing With John!

Not that I recall what that was filmed on or if a BD is even feasible

And go ahead and add La Cage aux Folles to the announced list, and Scanners to the not announced

I'm still curious what the building represents.

Also, Life Is Sweet was probably the worst edition into The Collection.

It might not mean anything, just a place to house all the clues. I'd be completely stoked if it was for The Tenant though

If it was for The Tenant then I would be jumping for joy. The clown on the wire could be La Strada (I'm just guessing here)

If this was a clue for California Suite, then this is ridiculous.

Expect that title to change once Life Aquatic is released.

Life is Sweet may be lesser Leigh, but that still makes it better than most films out there.

The Towering Inferno

(Actually, my current Blu-ray of The Towering Inferno would be difficult to top.)

Haven't they released a Polanski film every year? Cul-de-sac, Rosemary's Baby, then The Tenant (hopefully)!

Ever consider being a comedian?

I'm sorry but that was one of the most painfully boring films that I've ever seen. I'm not even sure still if there was a plot to it. And that disgusting sex scene has been branded in my memory and no matter how hard I try to forget it, it won't go away...ugh...

They released the TV versions of Scenes from a Marriage and Fanny and Alexander along with their theatrical counterpart if those count.

They used to release TV series on Laserdisc (like The Addams Family).

I'd be in a state of uncontrollable glee if a box set of Oshima's ATG films was announced

Maybe they will announce Blu-ray upgrades of Vittorio De Sica's Bicycle Thieves and René Clément's Forbidden Games.

Things have been dreary lately, and we could use these two movies to cheer all of us up a little bit before Christmas.

Forbidden Games is OOP - a victim of Studio Canal's exodus
