Although I have the Criterion DVD of Breathless, its one of those films I want to have on Blu-ray so I went ahead and ordered it before there's solid confirmation on its OOP status. Looks like the discussion talking about whats going to be OOP next was right on the money.

I got mine from them last year for £7 (used a voucher) my favourite Bergman as well.

I added three to my B&N basket and the discount was applied.

it was applied for me too. even after i went to the checkout -> creditcard everything was fine. after that i went to "track order" and the discount was gone and the shipping date was even worse 27 september!

now everything is cancelt... gonna try it again.

criterion.com still has it and The 400 Blows shown in stock, and B&N has Breathless, but shows 400 Blows as Out of Stock or OOP.

Holy Crap.. just got an email saying my order won't ship until Sept 26. I think it's because Breathless had a later ship date online. Geez... glad I'm ordering now.

i did try it again. added 3 movies.. discount is there. add 2 more movies, discount is gone, add another movie, discount is still gone.

my last order a few days ago worked fine with 6 movies ! got 2 movies discounted.

3 movies discount is here

4 movies discount is gone

5 movies i get one movie for free

6 movies and nothing is for free

makes no sense to me at all

it gets even worse.. i go to the checkout and the discount is gone. things to come changes its price and i get charged over 110$ for 3 movies

i remove things to come and add paths of glory and the discount is there again 0_o

I personally don't see them going OOP, but you can't take a chance.

nope thats newbury comics only fulfillment by amazon and i would not order breathless at deepdiscount probably they will only cancel it in 6 weeks for something...

finally ! my B&N order worked after adding and removing the same movies over and over again.

got it for ~30$ to germany from a ebay seller thats pretty good as well

(and tax/custom duty free)
it might take a while (5-10 days) but im happy that i got it for a good price. even among criterion movies there are not that much that get a 5/5 in the review for the story
