Sorry, not for me. I first saw this when I was studying film at university, and when that deer appeared outside the window, all the class fell into fits of laughter. Even if it is supposed to represent a switch in gender, or affirming the woman's position in the world of nature, that ending is still pretty saccharine.

Have to disagree. There is more than a handful of Criterion lasers and DVD's that I'd be thrilled with getting upgrades for.
