Yah I want to the uncut Nymph so bad - no idea why they held off when it was VOD and blu, like have both versions?

Also yeah I'm dying to get blue but waiting for upgrade, even though blu ray is only £10 - might give him tbh, hope the artwork changes, looks quite commercial and meh

Wonder if criterion will eye up stranger by the lake lol

Who posted the link about today's DeepDiscount sale ?

Whilst it probably won't prove to be of any use to people in the US who can use coupons during the B&N sales and don't have to pay shipping, it has proved very useful to me in Canada.

The Univited
King of The Hill
La Vie De Boheme
Branded To Kill
The Gold Rush

All Blu-rays and shipped for $109.50, around $5 cheaper than what it would at B&N. Plus I don't have to wait until July.

In A Lonely Place would be an incredible announcement.
I really like my copy of Pierrot le Fou. Only thing I found strange was that I had the most difficult time taking the disc out of the holder. I only sampled the A/V and had done so after sampling the A/V of Criterion's release of Godard's Weekend. that is a sick, beautiful transfer! PLF on Studio Canal? remains to be seen, but does not compare to the work CC did with Weekend.

I take no responsibility for you having no money left afterwards

I could have bought 5-6 DVD's too for roughly the same price as the B&N sale but lets not be greedy

Thinking about it now, I probably should have listed The Vanishing on my list of Top Five Most Rewatched Criterions. I've plowed through that one almost as much as I've watched the Melville films.

Yes, I'd love to see a Blu-ray upgrade as well, but I'm holding tightly to my existing Criterion DVD for now.

Alas, I'm about go to the gym to work out with my trainer, so I'm going to miss the announcements as they happen.

I've collected already over 55 posts regarding people's top 5 most re-watchable Criterions!

This is your last call, for anyone who hasn't posted their top 5 most re-watchable (Blu-ray/Dvd) Criterions!

I will be posting the final results tomorrow, well after today's swarm of reaction-based posts to Criterion's July announcements!

Thank you!
