(Side note: I ordered that on the 23rd last month, and it's still on backorder . Does anyone know if they're taking forever because they're shipping out the fixed copies, or is TCM just screwing around with me?)

I own the out of print DVD and have seen this picture several times. This Kenneth Branagh film ranks very high in terms of adaptation and realism for a Shakespeare-based story. It would be an awesome fit in the Criterion Collection.

I noticed the Three Films by Hiroshi Teshigahara boxset sold out during the sale (and reverted to an amazon listing); maybe this is wishful thinking, but I know how they say they wait on upgrading certain films until they deplete their stocks of the DVDs... maybe an upgrade of this boxset is coming down the pipeline? Would that be possible? I sure hope so; Woman in the Dunes is one of my absolute favourite movies I've been waiting for to hit blu-ray.

I sure hope so, because I ordered my copy under that assumption. The rest of the titles can wait until the Barnes & Noble sale, but I specifically wanted Eraserhead from the Criterion site to make sure that I would not have to send in for a replacement disc.

Us in UK don't have to send anything back :P just had to send email with receipt to get new disc sent whaha
