What? i guess i will have to see if they accept the same since i am in Mexico (at the border but still, it's too much trouble to go out from work early to be able to ship the discs from US), and i don't even want to know how much it would cost to ship directly from here.

Which is odd as they said they can't ship single discs as part of the normal replacement scheme due to my country lol |

As long as one does not expect flawless 4K restorations for the movies, the Blu-rays are usually impressive. A few days ago, I watched the Shout Factory Blu-ray of Rolling Thunder (1977), and I loved it. It's not the most technically proficient high definition transfer, but it looks natural and film-like for a gritty 1970s flick. |

I'm sitting 52 points away from a $50 gift certificate. I've already ordered Jules and Jim, Insomnia, The Innocents, Pickpocket, All That Heaven Allows, and The Ballad of Narayama.
I can't decide if I want to order Red River and Fanny and Alexander to get me over the limit, or just wait until the next sale. I've not really enjoyed any of the Bergman films I've seen (Wild Strawberries and Seventh Seal), so I have hesitation there, but I could always trade afterward if I don't like it. I also have the Masters of Cinema release of Red River, but I'd like both cuts and the paperback. I already know I want to get My Darling Clementine, It Happened One Night, and The Shooting/Ride in the Whirlwind. So that would get me there for the next sale, but it'd be nice to have that gift certificate to cover those. Although, if there's additional titles announced for January/early February that I want, I could use it on those. Ahhh, decisions, decisions... #firstworldproblems |

Instead of him trying to tell people how to watch his mediocre films, he should be more diligent in watching during his "supervised" viewing of his film. |

![]() ![]() http://welcometotwinpeaks.com/news/c...c-replacement/ This link will enlighten you about the issue of the first pressing. I truly believe that it is a director's responsibility to have his supervised blu ray correct the first time. I do find it hilarious that his "supervised" approval of the blu ray had a big enough mistake that his cult followers were upset. |
